According to City People, a woman in Abuja recently lost about fifty million Naira to fraudsters who posed as prophets finding solution to her problem.

It was gathered that the woman, Chichi Akparanta paid the money instalmentally with the largest amount being five million Naira given sometime in November.

A married 42-year-old mother of three, Iris Gibney, has been arrested by police in for having sex with a teenage student in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, United States.

Gibney, who works at Victoria’s Secret, is facing charges of corruption of minors, disseminating obscene materials to a minor and trespassing in a motor vehicle.

Edet Okon in a bid to save his older daughter from death by cancer used her sister as a bargaining chip to acquire a sum of N600, 000.

A 37 year old Nigerian man, Ibe Godwin Uzochukwu has been sentenced to death by hanging in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia after he was found guilty by a Malysian high court for trafficking 2,150.4 grammes of methamphetamine. He was arrested with the drugs at KL International Airport (KLIA), Sepang in 2011.

According to court documents, Ibe was arrested with the banned drugs upon his arrival at the exit Route, KLIA Arrival Hall, at 4.30pm on July 1, 2011. After listening to the submission of the prosecuting counsel, the judge who presided over the case, Datuk Halim Aman, found Uzochukwu guilty and sentenced him to death by hanging.

A 16-year-old girl in Delta State has given birth to triplets, according to reports.

Helen Ezeh delivered the babies in Owhelogbo community, in the Isoko North Local Government Area of the state, Leadership reports.

This 17-year-old's decision to switch gender and live his life as a boy has seen him on and off the police protection list for five years due to a campaign of abuse that has seen him beaten unconscious and his house pelted with rocks, snowballs and metal poles. He has even attempted to kill himself in a bid to escape his tormentors.
But Blake said yesterday he finds comfort in impersonating Bieber, 20, and that the Canadian pop star’s music has given him the confidence to be himself.It is believed Blake is Britain’s first transgender Bieber look-a-like.

Reports say millions of Christians in India from the lowest caste system, known as "dalit," are being forced to choose between their faith and receiving government benefits.

According to the International Christian Concern (ICC), they are close to 25 million Dalits across India who've converted to Christianity, but now must make the choice between maintaining their faith or benefiting from a government program that only helps them if they identify with their Hindu background.
