The Lagos State Deputy governor, Mrs Adejoke Orelope- Adefulire has lost her dad. Alhaji Jimoh Kareem Orelope died yesterday, 18^th of December, 2014 and will be buried today. He was aged 101.

Two Sentenced To Death For Stealing Fowls In Osun

According to Vanguard, a Justice of an Osun State High Court sitting in Okuku has sentenced two robbers to death for stealing fowls.

The convicts, Olowookere Segun and Morakinyo Sunday, were found guilty of forcefully breaking into the house of one Mr. Balogun Tope, a police officer attached to Divisional Police headquarters, Okuku, in April 2010 and carting away some of his belongings.

A mum in America has been charged with two counts of murder after the remains of three babies were found in the filthy, vermin-infested home she shared with her boyfriend and four other children. Erika Murray, 31, was charged with foetal death concealment, witness intimidation and permitting substantial injury to a child.

Her boyfriend, Ray Rivera, is charged with offences including assault and battery on a child and reckless endangerment of a child.

A 300 level student of the Federal College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti, Oluwafunmilayo Rosaline Abosede Adanikin has been gruesomely murdered by her own mother, Mrs. Victoria Aina Adanikin.

The deceased, 22, was murdered in their home in Idamodu area of Emure-Ekiti, Emure Local Government Area of Ekiti State, on the 7^th of December.

How I bought human head in Cotonou for N12,500’

A suspected human parts’ merchant, Olorunto Dipe (35), has been arrested by operatives of the Lagos State special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), The Nation newspaper reports

He reportedly confessed that he bought a human head for N12,500 from Cotonou, Benin Republic, with intention to sell it for N20,000.

A police source said the suspect was arrested by a SARS decoy team led by Abba Kyari, a Superintendent of Police (SP), at Ajibawo in Atan-Ota, Ogun State, on October 22.

American Airlines flight AA280 carrying 240 passengers and 15 crew members from Seoul to Dallas yesterday experienced a mid-air scare over the Pacific Ocean and was forced to make an emergency landing near Tokyo.

The flight was said to have entered winds up to 150mph- causing a violent shaking which lasted for around an hour. 15 out of the 240 passengers on-board sustained different injuries during the turbulence, but are glad they made it out alive.
