Donald Trump Tells Jimmy Fallon He Wants Kanye West As His Vice President

Donald Trump dropped by ‘The Tonight Show’ on the momentous day of September 11 and, as was to be expected, his interview with Jimmy Fallon was pretty wild! He even said he might ask Kanye West to be his Vice President. And no, we’re not joking.

Donald Trump, 69, infuriated Americans and citizens worldwide when an outrageously offensive tweet of his from Sept. 11, 2013 began to widely circulate on the historic day, two years after the fact in 2015. Later in the day, the republican presidential wannabe stopped by The Tonight Show to chat with Jimmy Fallon all about his, uh, love of country, as well as his desire to haveKanye West as his Vice President.

When Jimmy as “Donald” asked the real Donald if Gary Busey would be his Vice President, the Republican candidate said, “Look, I love Gary — he’s fantastic, but more of a Supreme Court Justice, in my opinion. Vice Presidents are very serious jobs, so I’m probably going to go with somebody else. I would say maybe Kanye West.” Watch the video above!

Aside from saying he’d love to have Kanye as his running mate, if he becomes to Republican Presidential candidate, Donald discussed what 9/11 means to him. “To me it means bravery,” he told Jimmy.

Obviously, he was asked about 9/11 because of his controversial tweet on the tragic day’s anniversary in 2013. When the tweet about “haters and losers” started to garner attention on the 14th anniversary, Trump’s camp was asked to comment. Their only response was that, “It is from several years ago,” and did not provide further explanation.

The tweet, sadly, is not even the most offensive comment which Trump has made (although it is up there). In fact, he makes comments as terrible as his hair so frequently, it’s become a sort of internet sensation– one which we have taken part of as well. Anyways, Trump’s appearance on Fallon was certainly in keeping with his all important brand, so at least he has got that going for him.

And when asked to elaborate on his feelings for Kanye, he said, “Kanye has been so nice to me. He always says great things about me, so I love Kanye. Kanye is actually a much better person than some people would think.”
