Inmate Who Had Sex With Prison Guards Sues Them For Sexual Harassment!

An Oregon inmate who had sex with jail staffers plans to sue for sexual harassment, claiming that the two female guards violated him.
The Grio reports: The case has already garnered attention, with both staffers being fired for their actions after both pleaded guilty to charges related to the case, reports the New York Daily News. They admitted to letting the prisoner out of his cell for sexual encounters, but both insisted that he was the one who pursued them.
But 25-year-old Jeng-Li Delgado-Galban, a registered sex offender, says that he was the one violated and that his constitutional rights were ignored.

According to his claim, “these actions [the sexual acts] violated the Eighth Amendment to United States Constitution’s prohibition of sexual harassment and abuse of an inmate by corrections personnel.”

At the time of sentencing for one of the women involved, Jill Curry, the judge stated, “He doesn’t deserve the taxpayers’ money. (But) they’re going to have to pay, there’s no doubt in my mind.”
Curry was sentenced to four years and two months in prison in March.
The tort claim also referenced what many prisoners consider to be “cruel and unusual punishment.” Delgado-Galban claims that he was given “nutraloaf,” a nutritious but disgusting meal often served as punishment, despite a lack of any wrongdoing on his part.
