President Goodluck Jonathan is celebrating his 57th birthday with his relatives and aides at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The ceremony started with a short holy communion service and then continued with cutting festive birthday cakes, Punch reports.
President Jonathan, standing together with his wife Dame Patience and mother Eunice, addressed Nigerians:
“Though we face challenges, we will surely get over them. Let us live together, work hard together and pray together.”
