Think of What You Have
In over a dozen years as a stress consultant, one of the most pervasive and destructive mental tendencies I've seen is that of focusing on what we want instead of what we have. It doesn't seem to make any difference how much we have; we just keep expanding our list of desires, which guarantees we will remain dissatisfied. The mind-set that says "I'll be happy when this desire is fulfilled" is the same mind-set that will repeat itself once that desire is met.
Should I Tithe?
Proverbs 3:9 Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce
Let's talk about tithing! In my view, tithing is very important. God gives us Jesus, he gives us life, he transforms us, and makes us new in Jesus. He sends His Holy Spirit to live in us and make us holy.

Just Because...
Just because you go to church doesn’t mean you are a Christian--you have to have Jesus in your heart. 1Jn:5:11-12
Just because the message of the church is about grace does not mean that they should not teach about the consequences of sin and the reality of hell. The Bible teaches these thing and we should do it in the same measure.
Just because the church’s message is about eternal life does not mean that they should not preach on eternal death. The Bible does.

10 Things You Should Know about the Love of God
1. God’s love is incomprehensible.
No human mind can comprehend God. We cannot define God. We cannot provide a comprehensive account of who he is. He "dwells in unapproachable light" (1 Tim. 6:16). If God is incomprehensible, then so is his love. While we may and must speak truthfully about his love, we can never fathom it, because it is divine love, as different from our love as his being is different from our being.
