Pregnant cow sentenced to death for illegal border crossing

  


A pregnant cow will be executed as a result of crossing from her European Union farm in Bulgaria into the non-EU Serbia.

Daily Mail reports that Penka, a pregnant red cow who is due in around three months’ time, wandered westwards away from her herd near the village of Kopilovtsi, straying over the border into non-EU Serbia.

Senate rejects Buhari’s nominee for CBN job



The Senate Thursday turned down the request for the confirmation of Dr.Abdul Abubakar for appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Passenger accused of groping woman and urinating on seat in front of him during Frontier Airlines flight


A "drunk and unruly" passenger groped a woman on a Frontier Airlines flight on Thursday and urinated on the seat in front of him after being shifted to the back of the plane, authorities said.


Michael Haag began making crude comments to the female passenger after ordering a double shot of vodka and tonic during the first drink service of the flight from Denver to Charleston, according to the federal criminal complaint.
