PHOTOS: Woman arrested for stripping naked and pouring ketchup all over her body at a restaurant

A woman has been arrested after a video of her stripping completely naked and pouring ketchup all over her body in front of stunned diners was posted online..

Angelic Isabella Valle, 23, from South Florida is charged with incite to riot, indecent exposure, lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct, at the Johnny Rockets on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, police said.
According to NBC Miami, her father appeared in court and told the judge she has mental issues.

The video, which was posted to World Star Hip Hop, shows the woman, dubbed 'ketchup girl' taking her clothes off as she's surrounded by men in the middle of the busy restaurant.
It has more than one million views and more than 13,000 comments, most of which express disgust in her actions.

In a video posted on her Instagram account on Thursday Valle seemed unrepetant. She wrote:

'Ya'll just mad 'cause you weren't there.'That s--t was fun now that I remember it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, arrest me, it was fun. Take me to jail. It was fun. And everybody looked like they were having fun too so yeah.'

But after police tracked her down and she realized that she was going to be arrested she posted another message on Instagram:

'I'm going to jail tonight remember me okay? I love all of you guys.'

Police are still investigating the incident and looking for one of the men seen touching her genitals in the video.

MTN bows to pressure, agrees to pay N1.04trn fine

While pleading for staggered payment model, MTN has finally bowed to pressure as it has accepted to pay the N1.04 trillion fine slammed on it last week by the telecoms regulatory authority, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

Accordingly, the telecoms operator was fine for violating its directive on SIM deactivation.

This follows series of meeting held between MTN management team from South Africa and Nigeria with the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.

The telecoms operator which has largest subscriber base in Nigeria, it was gathered, may have agreed to pay the fine to sustain the interest of its telecoms business.

Industry sources who confirmed the new arrangement, disclosed that the federal government is already yielding to the plea, which according to him, was part of the agreement reached at the series of meeting held at the weekend in Nigeria.

“There have been series of meeting at the Presidency between the Vice President Osinbajo and MTN team both from South Africa and the Nigerian arm. MTN wanted a waiver considering their level of investments in the country, but government did not buy the idea of waiver. Instead, I think there will be concession, but certainly not a waiver. At the conclusion of the meeting, the MTN people negotiated on how to stagger the payment. The Presidency is even angry because MTN was a signatory to the regulation, but they are failing to comply with rules.”, the source added.

It would be recalled that NCC had said that MTN would not escape the fine, owing to the enormity of its implication to national security.

Although NCC had hinted that the issue is being handled by the federal government, the telecoms authority also noted that MTN would risk withdrawal of its licence if its fails to comply with the fine.

Even with the widespread calls for the intervention of the Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), on the N1.04 trillion fine, Chief Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), had last week called on the NSA not to intervene in the matter, adding that NCC regulation must take its course.

NCC said it had consistently engaged Mobile Network Operators, (MNOs) to strictly adhere to the regulations and its business rules in the registration of their subscribers.

Following several engagements, the Commission had confirmed various cases of violations of the regulations and sanctioned appropriately.

Devalue Naira, remove subsidy and ‘kill’ Nigerians

IMF Africa Director, Mrs. Atoinette Sayeh recently noted at a press conference at a World Bank event in Lima, Peru, that “…those measures introduced by CBN to restrict demand and limit access to official foreign exchange for certain imports are quite detrimental to economic activities and invariably led to a lot of unhappiness in the private sector”.

Consequently, Sayeh, apparently concluded that “these measures were neither sustainable or advisable, and therefore hoped “that there will be an opportunity to review forex restrictions and permit the Exchange rate to continue to adjust”, because, according to her “the restrictions are “already making things harder for the average person to buy milk or to buy milk at an affordable price”.

Evidently, there was no mention of under nourished babies or government’s insensitivity to the plight of the average Nigerian in Sayeh’s comments, but it is difficult to deny the intended mental association!

Incidentally, the IMF’s demand for Naira devaluation has also been echoed from various strongholds and media organs of international investment capital and speculative portfolios; notably, ‘The Economist’s commentary titled ‘Toothpick Alert’, was a bland and disdainful parody of CBN’s exclusion of 41 imported items from access to cheaper official forex sales.

Similarly, earlier this year, the International banking stalwart, JP Morgan also gave notice of its decision to delist Nigeria’s government bonds from its widely subscribed index, unless the Naira was devalued, and CBN also increased liberal dollar supply to the forex market, presumably, so that foreign portfolio investors, (i.e. those without factories or productive enterprises) particularly can take out their speculative cash flows at short notice, if necessary.

Evidently, further Naira devaluation would also make it much cheaper for such footloose portfolio investors to acquire both public and private equity in Nigeria for less dollar values. Ultimately, therefore, if Naira depreciation persists, more Nigerian equity prices will fall in value below US$0.10(Ten Cents); expectedly, before that happens, the much sought after foreign investors would have long spoken with both feet.

The above awkward realities, notwithstanding, last week, no less a person than the suspended former CBN Governor, Lamido Sanusi, who is now, the Emir of Kano, joined advocates of Naira devaluation, when he advised, that “the country cannot continue to live in denial on the Naira” and therefore called for Naira devaluation as well as the removal of fuel subsidy.

According to Sanusi, “It is wrong to continue to pretend that you can keep the Naira at a certain level, when the price of oil is falling, without depleting your reserves. You have to make a choice” he advised. Sanusi warned that CBN’s policy was depriving key industries of imports and therefore suggested that “if we have to make a choice between economic growth and devaluation”, his recommendation would be that “we protect growth”.

However, His Highness is clearly in denial that it will be an impossible challenge to protect growth if the Naira slide subsists unchecked overtime.

However, the ex CBN Governor, correctly recognizes that CBN has lost control of its core mandate for price stability as, “inflation is already upon us”, according to him; however, Sanusi, inexplicably suggests that “it is time to loosen monetary policy” to counter the subsisting oppressive, and irrepressible excess money supply that is primarily responsible for rising inflation and the diminishing purchasing value of all incomes, particularly the incomes of millions of Nigerians who still earn below $2/day.

Sadly, our parlous economy, is today, probably the product of the application of such a misguided problem solving mindset, which has expectedly failed to favorably resolve our challenges with inflation, interest and Naira exchange rates. In addition to devaluation, His Highness, warned that unless we loosen monetary policy to help stimulate the economy with cheaper funds, and “lower CBN’s key interest rate from a record high of 13%, we would compound an exchange rate crisis for business with high borrowing costs and declining demand”.

The essence of Sanusi’s recommendation is that if CBN reduces its key interest rate, commercial banks would follow suit and lower their rates to possibly below 20% from the average of 25% currently available to the real sector. Expectedly, accessibility to cheaper funds should stimulate consumer demand and also reduce cost of loans across the board.

Instructively, however, unless the existing burden of systemic excess money supply is resolved, it will be reckless to reduce CBN’s monetary policy rate to best practice level below 5% across board to induce single digit cost of funds that would jumpstart economy revival.

However, it will be clearly absurd and foolhardy to introduce policies that provide cheaper funds to stimulate consumer demand when surplus cash is already a disenabling abiding economic burden. This would be akin to pouring petrol into the already raging fire of spiraling inflation.

Ultimately, the N1,000 note which is currently less than $5 may become worth less than $1, if money supply remains untamed, while fuel price, even with local production, will more than quadruple with its own distortional inflationary consequences!

Evidently, our presently disenabling inflation rate is fueled by a subsisting burden of systemic excess money which has forcibly predicated CBN’s need to remove over N3Tn from the burdensome systemic liquidity surplus between September-December with treasury debts.

Not surprisingly, when he was CBN Governor, Sanusi had similarly defended this same distortional process that constrains government to pay double digit interest rates for funds which will simply be sequestered as idle funds, notwithstanding the insistent cry of the real sector for access to cheaper funds.

Advocates for a weaker Naira like the Emir, are always eager to explain that Naira devaluation is inevitable since the fall in crude oil prices has depleted CBN’s self styled “own reserves”. These compulsive Naira bashers, however, always become unsettled when asked why Naira did not appreciate from N153 to below N100=$1, for example, when CBN reserves exceeded $55bn, with the controversial Excess Crude Account also in excess of $8bn.

Furthermore, devaluation advocates cannot also explain why Naira exchanged consistently for N80=$1 between 1995-98 despite CBN’s relatively paltry reserves of just over $4bn and barely 4 months imports cover.

Conversely, CBN’s reserves, presently average about $30bn with certainly longer real imports cover than was possible prior to Obasanjo’s administration, when the Naira exchanged below N100 = $1, yet, we are inexplicably presently confronted with intense pressure for further Naira devaluation.

Poverty will clearly deepen nationwide with serious social consequences if our choice strategy is to rescue our economy with further Naira devaluation and removal of fuel subsidy as recommended by the IMF and likeminded experts like Sanusi.

'She's Not First Lady Material-Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana slams current wife Melanie

Donald Trump's ex wife, Ivana Trump has slammed his current wife Melania, saying she is not First Lady material.

Trump's first wife Ivana, who was married to the presidential hopeful from 1977 to 1991, said Melania 'can't talk' and 'can't give a speech'.

The 66-year-old - who had three children with the billionaire - reportedly said she would have made a good First Lady and backed her ex-husband to be a 'great President'.Ivana was told at a recent party in New York that she would have been a good First Lady.
According to the New York Daily News, she laughed and replied: '

Yes, but the problem is, what is he going to do with his third wife? She can't talk, she can't give a speech, she doesn't go to events, she doesn't want to be involved.'

Melania, 45, has been surprisingly quiet in Trump's presidential campaign so far, especially considering that she is used to being in the limelight from her time as a model.
In 2011, when Trump was thought to be readying a challenge to President Obama, Melania was asked whether she was prepared to be First Lady.

With her husband standing next to her, she coyly replied: 'Well, we'll see what happens.'

Trump married third wife Melania Knauss, a Slovenian model, in 2005.

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT: Cops caught on camera 'executing' criminal

He runs down the quiet suburban street, two police vans in pursuit. A shot hits his arm and he falls to the ground, dropping his gun.
As he lies writhing on the pavement, injured and trapped between a fence and a delivery van - his firearm out of reach - a policeman puts a bullet through his chest.

Another walks up to him and kicks him as he lies bleeding.

Then the police constable who has just shot him in the chest has a brief word with a colleague.
The constable repositions himself, stretches out his arms, takes aim and finishes him off. Blood runs onto the pavement.

It took no more than a few minutes for Khulekani Mpanza, a suspected criminal, to die on the pavement on Harvey Street in Krugersdorp, west of Johannesburg.

These horrifying scenes, which took place less than a kilometre from Lewisham Primary School a fortnight ago, were captured on CCTV footage in possession of the Sunday Times.

The footage again highlights the explosive relationship between cops and criminals in South Africa, where police are repeatedly accused of acting outside the law - and 58 policemen have been killed so far this year.

It was just after 2.30pm on Monday October 19 when police, acting on a tip-off about a planned robbery, were in the suburb of Lewisham, Krugerdorp, monitoring a suspicious Toyota Tazz.
Mpanza, 32, walked into Omega Paint and Hardware store in the area. He loitered near the door, cocked his gun and then, according to a witness, walked out and fired eight shots at police sitting in a van about 60m away.

"He was so close and he just kept firing at the police, who were hiding out in their car. Then he ran and police chased after him," said the witness, who asked not to be identified.

A report on the incident in the local newspaper was innocuously headlined: "One dead as police return fire".

Policing expert Dr Johan Burger described the CCTV footage as shocking and called for the immediate arrest of the policeman who shot Mpanza while he lay wounded on the ground.

"I simply could not believe the callousness ... especially the one policeman. He went, and at very, very close range, shot and killed that man," said Burger.

"The one word that went through my mind as I watched this was that this is an execution. It's not even a murder, it's absolute execution."

Burger said he was even more disturbed that the constable's colleagues did not seem to stop him or express "any emotion or shock" when he fired the fatal shots at a man lying on the ground.

"All of that, in my mind, is criminal," he said.

The Sunday Times has established the identity of the policeman who is seen firing the two shots.

Currently on leave, the constable has been with the South African Police Service for four years.

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) confirmed that it has opened a murder docket.

Said Burger: "It is clear that this suspect no longer posed a threat of serious violence to the arrester or any other person. The moment that qualification falls away, it means the use of deadly force must stop immediately."

Burger said that in terms of police conduct regulations, the officers at the scene at Harvey Street appeared to be guilty of four infractions:

Shooting a suspect who does not pose a threat of harm;

Kicking and assaulting a suspect who does not pose a threat;

Watching and not stopping their colleague from shooting a suspect who did not pose any danger; and

Failing to offer medical assistance to the injured suspect.

Krugersdorp police spokesman Sergeant Tshepiso Mashale confirmed that none of the officers involved in the incident - one of whom is a sergeant - had been suspended as yet.

"Police management is aware of the incident and forwarded all the case information, including the CCTV footage, to Ipid. It is only after getting word from Ipid that we can take action against these members," Mashale said.

Mpanza's shocking death comes barely two months after the murder conviction of eight former policemen from Daveyton who dragged Mozambican taxi driver Mido Macia behind a police van, resulting in his death.

Ipid spokesman Robbie Raburabu said Mpanza's postmortem showed that he sustained three gunshot wounds, to his arm, head, and chest. "It's very difficult to get witnesses in such cases. We were very lucky to get this footage," he said.

Raburabu could not immediately confirm whether Mpanza had a criminal record or had been arrested previously. The police also could not confirm whether the four officers had any history of complaints.

Mpanza, a security guard with eight children who lived with a family member on the East Rand, was buried at his home in Nongoma in rural KwaZulu-Natal last Sunday.

His brother Mboniseni, who works in Johannesburg as a taxi driver, said the family had been pained to have to bury him not knowing what happened.

"All the police said was that he attempted to rob a shop and that they shot him," he said.

On Friday, after watching the CCTV footage, he said: "We buried him not knowing the full story."

He winced each time a shot was fired at his brother and struggled to contain his emotions. "This is my brother. Yes, they might say he is a criminal, but why did they not arrest him? Why kill a person by shooting repeatedly? The postmortem people said he died because he did not get any help, and you can see now that he is lying there and they are not doing anything to help him. They are just waiting for him to die."

Mpanza is survived by his parents, three siblings and his eight children.

If you love someone, let them know immediately-Genevieve Nnaji

Screen goddess Genevieve Nnaji has opened up on her new movie Road to Yesterday which is set to hit the cinemas nationwide soon, and how it relates to her.

She also advised not to take any one for granted when it comes to love. Excerpts from her chat with Daily Sun.

What inspired the production of the film at this point in time?

Having waited for something of interest for me to do to entertain my fans; having missed the craft, I did not find anything of interest. So, I figured that I had to take my future in my own hands and produce the type of movie that I want to be associated with at this point in time. I mean a film that will reflect my growth as a person and as an artiste, and also where I feel the industry should be turning towards. It is a statement in so many ways. It just felt like the right time to do it.

Does any part of the film reflect anything about Genevieve either as an individual or thespian?

That is the fact that I don’t dwell on bad situations for too long before moving on.

If you were to advice a Genevieve on how best to protect her relationship, marriage and image, what would you say to her?

I would tell her never take anyone for granted. If you love someone, don’t waste time in letting them know. Life is too short and we have to make every minute count.

ANAN Warns Against Further Devaluation Of Naira

The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), has advised the Federal Government not to further devalue the naira.

President of the association, Mr Anthony Nzom, said this at the end of the “ANAN Walk Against Corruption for a Healthier Economy and Longevity,” which over 2,000 members of the association participated in.

He spoke against the backdrop of ongoing arguments and counter -arguments on the fate of the naira

“We have to be careful about further devaluation of the naira and be careful when people outside the country encourage us to do certain things.

“Further devaluation of the naira is in the interest of who?” he asked.

Nzom recalled that in the 1990s, the naira was exchanging at N80 to a dollar, and lamented that today, the naira had been further devalued.

He suggested that to fight corruption, no Nigerian should have a foreign account, adding that there should be no undergraduate studies abroad.

On the Treasury Single Account (TSA), the ANAN president said those giving excuses about the TSA did not want to accept change.

“Change is the only thing people do not accept. People want to see if government will soft-pedal.

“These are people with hidden accounts here and there,’’ he said.

According to him, the TSA does not stop agencies from paying salaries.

“Let us see how, when and who the monies are going to. I support what the government is doing,’’ Nzom said, adding that President Muhammadu Buhari alone cannot fight corruption and that everybody should be involved.

10 Clever Ways to Clear Out Adult Acne

By Linda Daniels

Acne creates spots on the skin surface making it have a non-uniform complexion. This is caused by hormonal changes resulting from consumption of some foods and normal body processes such as menstruation. It also caused by the use of strong chemicals used for skin treatment and many other human causes such as dirt. When most people are teenagers, they are told that when they are over the teen age acne will eventually stop bothering them. However, this is not true because there are people who are over 25 years who still experience the same problem. Does this worry you so much? Now you should be smiling with a sigh of relieving because below are the wise ways of getting rid of adult acne:
  • Lower sugar consumption
A study was conducted on those people who are cultural and do not consume any sugar, and a very small percentage of them had issues with acne. Excess consumption of sugar causes secretion of insulin to regulate sugar level in the blood. Too much of it in the blood causes secretion of testosterone which raises sebum production which in turn causes acne.
  • Consume food rich in proteins
Proteins are digested less fast than carbohydrates to glucose. It, therefore, doesn’t raise the blood sugar level as fast as carbohydrates. This, therefore, helps to get rid of acne caused by sugar as explained above.

  • Have enough sleep
Lack of enough sleep can cause hormone fluctuations which are a major cause of acne. Sleep enhances not only the skin beauty but also the general beauty including the eyes.
  • Exercise
This ensures the skin pores are open and clean therefore preventing the chances of acne and cleans the one which has already occurred.
  • Consider natural substances for treatment
Some natural substances like Aloe Vera are anti-inflammatory and antibacterial therefore assists in getting rid of acne spots. Other substances include lemon juice, yogurt, garlic juice, pawpaw and tomatoes. Any of these can be used to treat your skin and please ensure proper rinsing after the best acne treatment.

  • Lower your consumption of dairy products
In as much as dairy products are believed to be very good for body building, its excess has an effect on the skin. Most cows these days receive hormonal treatment, which increase hormones in the milk that consequently cause acne.
  • Lower the rate of alcohol consumption
Excess alcohol causes acne and pale skin. Therefore, it is very wise for you to take it in limited amounts or avoid taking it at all. When you are at a party with a lot of drinks, always think about how your skin will look like on the next party.
  • Drink a lot of water
The body depends on water to perform almost all of its activities. Water enables breaking down of larger amounts of fats which will in turn reduce its accumulation on the surface of the skin hence clearing acne and preventing its development on clear skin.
  • Keep your skin clean
Cleanness ensures the skin pores are kept open hence oxygen circulation in the skin is enhanced. This will help prevent the accumulation of dirt on the skin which can cause acne. Cleanness should be a virtue that every adult possesses.
  • Be careful with the chemicals you apply to your face
A research by dermatologists shows that there are some chemicals that can be cause of acne which are used by people. Always use the natural ways to treat your skin and always select lotions with natural organic materials.

I Was Never Called to be a Pastor - Nosa

Chocolate City gospel artiste, Nosakhare Omoregie, popularly known as Nosa, is one singer who is very blunt whenever he sees somethings not going the right part and as a messenger of God through music, he believes that his music should be able to touch lives.
Nosa while speaking about his foray into God’s ministry disclosed that he was a Pastor for 12 years until he stepped aside in 2015 for a while.

He confessed that he was not called by God to be a Pastor but a personal desire which he developed to work for his creator.
According to the singer, “I was dedicated to church. I was a pastor for 12 years, from 2003 till this year. I just left that ministry and I would still continue. I didn’t get that ceremonial call to be a pastor, but God put that desire to work for him inside of me.”

Born out of desire to please God, the singer got to find out that working for God was not as complicated the way people today make it look like as he feels fulfilled.

“That childhood desire that I would love to do so much for God is still there. In doing that, I discovered that we’ve placed too much drama to the works of God. It is not as complicated as people have made it seem over the years,” he told New Telegraph.

All 224 People Aboard Russian Airliner that Crashed in Egypt Confirmed Dead

The doomed plane

Bodies belonging to 100 passengers on the Russian jet that crashed into the Sinai desert in northern Egypt this morning had been earlier recovered. This came as Egyptian security forces also announced that they heard voices inside the wrecked fuselage of the plane.

The aircraft, which had 200 adult passengers, 17 children and seven crew crashed less than 25
minutes after it took off from the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.

Reports suggest the pilot was attempting an emergency landing at El-Arish international Airport after he warned air traffic controllers that the aircraft had developed 'a technical problem' and he needed to
land as soon as possible. The aircraft was descending at more than 6,000 feet per minute shortly before the impact.

Egyptian authorities confirmed that 'casualties' were being evacuated to local hospitals. A total of 45 ambulances have been sent to the scene.

The aircraft is believed to have broken into two sections after the jet crashed. Early reports said that the bodies of five children have been recovered, still strapped to their seats.
