According to TMZ, Berry was represented in court by her lawyer, who passed on that Berry was furious with Aubry for lightening and straightening their daughter’s hair.
Specifically because she was convinced Aubry did it in an attempt to make Nahla look less African American.
The judge allegedly ruled that neither parent is allowed to mess with the nature of Nahla’s hair thus ending the argument once and for all.
